Shiva Shakti Yoga

Breathing leads movement, stillness leads to clear mind.

Siva sakti yoga is a wonderful way inward and a way to get back in touch with your self.

You breathe into your heart and experience how it begins to blossom.

In yoga you listen to your body, you listen to yourself.

This is done through conscious breathing, precise instructions direct your attention inward.

Shiva shakti yoga is a dynamic Hartha yoga practice with which we celebrate the fullness of life, it gives us vitality, strength, stability, calmness and concentration.

Shiva Sakti focuses attention on two different aspects of being:

Shiva is powerful, stable, rational and mental. Shakti is fluid, dynamic, expansive and intuitive.  

 In practice, we focus inward on these two mutual forces. In this way both parts merge with each other so that we can experience conscious balance.

With ease, creativity and pleasure you arrive at yourself, can maintain and promote your holistic health; all levels of your being are lovingly embraced by you. 

You will experience this practice as an eight-limbed sequence of exercises (ashtanga sadana) with dynamic movement sequences, clear alignment principles, asanas (postures), pranayamas (breath control) and meditation.

Silence in movement

The exercises we do in "Silence in Motion" are performed through a special kind of breathing. This supports the immune system, exercises the vital organs and warms the body. In this circular, supple movement principle, the circular movements create a "being in the flow". They follow a steady pace and create the feeling of "never ending". This gives peace of mind and body, a feeling of being gently wrapped up and emotionally secure. Change always takes place at the level of the emotional body.

"Essential Dance" is a system of dance and movement meditations that invite you to germinate all your inner seeds and supports you in awakening your potential, taking your inner child, your inner dancer by the hand and allowing your creativity to blossom.

The essence of dance is based on a deep joy.

Are you curious to get to know the wisdom, joy, freedom and visions of your “inner dancer”?

Essential dance is like an elixir of life.

Movement and dance meditations lead you completely inwards, to yourself, from here you can rediscover yourself and unfold anew.
What is inside you, every single seed, can be unfolded anew with an attentive and grateful attitude, through your own movements and dances.

“Essential Dance” invites you on a highly enjoyable adventure, on a journey to yourself.
You can experience how you are moved by your inner dancer.
You move, dance as only you move, authentically.

Space is created for inner peace, the mind is centered, emotional, mental and physical blockages can be released, creativity and inspiration awaken.

Silence, sound and music are practiced to promote the senses, attention, motivation, perception, joy and endurance.
We also use writing and painting to help us visualize our impressions more clearly.

In moments of stillness, we can feel more deeply into what is happening right now.
Change always takes place at the level of the emotional body.
Experiences can be integrated.
Positive resources are created for the challenges in life.

 Everyone starts small, even if dance is still an unwritten book for you. 

Also even if you already have a lot of experience in dance you are very welcome, 
it is a great gift that we can teach each other.
